How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping varies based on the product and freight. Some of our Lucky Dog® and Lifetime Fence™ products include free shipping (please refer to specific product pages to find out if the item is eligible).

I have a promo code, how do I apply it towards my purchase?
You can enter the promo code during the checkout process under “Apply Discount Code”. Offers cannot be combined with multiple discounts.
What is your return policy?
We have 30 days return policy that is simple and worry-free. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for further details.

How do I register my product?
By simply filling out the Product Registration page, you can obtain more efficient warranty service in case there is ever a problem.
I received my order, but some parts are missing. What should I do?
Please reach out to our customer service department and we will get this fixed for you. The best way to get a hold of us would be filling out Contact Us form.
What are your business hours? Are you open on weekends?
We are open Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm PST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need to register on your site to place an order?
You have an option of either registering on our site during the checkout process or continue as a guest.
Do you offer a customer loyalty program?
At this time we do not, but we are currently looking into this option.
